What we collect

Filling out our form or dialing (858) 400-4587 means you share details like your name, email, phone number, location, and what kind of help you need. Limb SD uses those details to reach back out and pair you with a nearby tree professional.

Calls are recorded

Dialing (858) 400-4587 means both sides get recorded. A message plays before you reach the matched tree pro. California requires everyone to agree, so staying connected counts as your agreement. Prefer not to be recorded? End the call and fill out our online form instead.

How we use it

Limb SD connects you with local pros, so your details go straight to the matched tree expert who reaches out about your project. We also rely on that info to answer questions and check in later. Your contact data is never sold or given to outside parties except the specialist you hire and the tech partners keeping our website and phone line running.

Analytics and cookies

To see which pages help visitors most, Limb SD relies on Google Analytics 4. It only starts after you hit Accept on the cookie notice. Before that step, no tracking cookies appear and nothing goes to Google.

Once you agree, Google Analytics places browser cookies, including _ga and _ga_<id>These help distinguish new visits from returning ones and show how people navigate the site. They expire after two years. Google handles this info for Limb SD. With Consent Mode active, tracking stays off until you say yes. We never use it to figure out who you are or sell it.

Your privacy rights under California law (CCPA/CPRA)

Living in California gives you the right to learn what personal data Limb SD gathers, view or erase it, fix mistakes, and stop any selling or sharing. We do not sell your data. Tracking tools run only when you allow them.

You can block analytics three ways: tap Decline on the cookie notice, click the Your privacy choices footer link to reopen that notice and withdraw permission whenever you like, or turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. A GPC signal tells us to skip analytics entirely.

Call buttons

Tapping a call button here logs a simple anonymous tally showing which page you were on and when. No cookies drop, no IP addresses save, and nothing identifies you. Limb SD uses this count only to figure out which website generated a call, because multiple sites share (858) 400-4587.
